Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell UAV/Drones, accessories, software, training and support as a total agricultural solution.
- Build long-term relationships within a territory.
- Meet & Exceed Monthly Sales Targets.
- Develop & execute a sales strategy for the territory
- Enter weekly call notes and sales tracker.
- Conduct online webinars and group demonstrations.
- Attend national and regional trade shows and association meetings to prospect for new customers.
- Provide timely follow up on each sale to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in technology sales.
- FAA Part 107 Required.
- FAA Part 137 a PLUS.
- Strong technical skills
- Basic knowledge of traditional row crop methods.
- Knowledge of herbicide and pesticide application a plus.
- Demonstrated success in new account creation & sales.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Willingness to learn about the products we sell.
- Positive attitude and a sales-oriented personality.
- Business-like, professional appearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Competitive spirit and Money Motivated
- Motivated, Mature, Self-Starter
