- Overview
We are looking for a friendly and organized office assistant to help assist us with general administrative tasks. This position will require a strong attention to detail with an emphasis on communication. The position is fully remote and will require use of your own personal computer for the initial period of employment.
- Responsibilities
Assist with Technical Support Efforts
Basic Customer Engagement Using Email Templates
Address & Manage Warranty Orders and Return Shipments
Customer Parts Orders Entry into Spreadsheets
Rental Equipment tracking
Data Entry into Spreadsheets for Component Failures and Crashes
- Skills
Must have prior experience as an administrative assistant
Must have moderate written and spoken English
Must have experience with google drive and google suite
Must have strong customer service skills
Must be fully computer literate
Must be able to type 40 wpm
Must have a good attitude and friendly demeanor
This position is full time remote
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $750-$1250 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift 9am-6pm M-F Central Time (CT)
